This book - The Ghost Next Door is combined with R.L. Stine's The Ghost Next Door. But it appears to be more likely to be by Wylly Folk St. John who has a book with the same title - The Ghost Next Door.

I found this out because the first printing for R.L. Stine's Goosebumps book #10 is August 1993, not 1972.

I was thinking that the book should be combined with the Wylly Folk St. John version of The Ghost Next Door as another ISBN editon. But I couldn't find this particular ISBN when I searched for it in WorldCat, and I found it in Amazon with wrong information (R.L. Stine - 1972).

Good catch. Looks like this one is Amazon's fault.
