What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

So, a friend’s request that I posted for her got me thinking: you really don’t find many guy-has-heart-condition books, while it’s a relatively common ailment for the heroine to have, at least in my experience searching for the friend’s book.

So here’s my challenge:

Name me any titles where it’s the guy that has the heart condition. This can be contemporary, parnormal, historical, steampunk, any genre really. My one stipulation—there must be a happily ever after. No Death of main characters please.

It's to get book recommendations that you genuinely want to read.
