Holly (hollyjwriter) | 2 comments Hi all!

New member here. I'm a first time self published author based in the UK and have released my very first novel; Beneath the Door.

It's called as YA/Adventure/Modern Fiction and is up on most major digital websites.

I'm currently selling on:

+ Amazon KDP and print
+ Kobo
+ Nook
+ Google Books
+ Apple Books

My first question would be if there were any additional traders that you have sold your books through and how beneficial were they to you? I'm currently looking at aggregators such as Bookbub etc and it's so overwhelming.

Secondly, did you have a strict marketing plan in place or did you wing it? Really keen to hear your experiences because everyone I've spoken to does it a little differently to the next!

Thanks all

Evan provides an ARC copy of your book in exchange for reviews on sites of your choice - always Amazon and Goodreads, sometimes authors request a third review on another site. (I'm not an author - I review books I find on that site. If the book is ok or better, I post the reviews. If it's seriously not ready for publication, I ask Evan to send a private message from me to the author.)

Thank you for your insight Dorothy!
