I'd recommend literally anything by Sara Cate. 😂 Start with Praise for ex-bf's dad. They don't realize immediately but it is pretty quick. MMF, but dad's friend is present in Free Fall.

Nikki Sloane's Nashville Neighborhood is also similar. More smut-focused though.

Katee Robert's Touch of Taboo has a book like this, but they do know each other from the get-go. They're shorter books and also smut-focused.
