Golden Age of Hollywood Book Club discussion

Since IMDb.com has jumped-the-shark, the reviews on http://www.allmovie.com have begun to attract my eye.

"Allmovie.com" is apparently positioning itself as a major player in the 'online' ratings/reviewing landscape. It is a sister-site to "Allmusic.com".

"Allmovie" movie reviews may be posted for discussion and comment --in the new 'Allmovie' category --by any group member.

Comments may include chivvying as to whether an Allmovie review page (for a given film) "gets it right or gets it wrong".

Random picks are fine --that will be my habit too --but: classics only please.

Any post in this new category may be as brief as the movie title itself, and the accompanying link to the Allmovie.com review page.
