SciFi and Fantasy Book Club discussion

I’ve been getting this message today. I don’t remember ever seeing it before. I’m accessing the goodreads.com site on an iPad. I’ve tried 2 different browsers. Here’s the message I’m seeing when I try to search for a book title:

“ Search is temporarily unavailable.
Use this time to read a book!”

Is anyone else seeing this? Is it something others have dealt with in the past? It’s not a huge deal but I’m finding it a bit irritating.

I got it earlier today but it seems okay now.

It happened to me about 6 or 7 hours ago.

I find it happens quite frequently but doesn't usually last very long. Hopefully....

Yep, got it earlier today and still down for me. Had to put in book links manually, but just another glitchy day in the neighborhood.

I just tried again, and I get a message saying "Feature disabled".

Thanks. I’m getting that now, too. It says they’re doing some kind of maintenance.

It's been down for me for a couple of hours now.

I've tried different devices, different browsers, app, and desktop site. It's definitely on their end.

Update: mine is working now!

It’s not working on the app this morning.

I just searched for something and it didn't work, then I saw this thread. Strange. Hopefully it will be back later and I can add the audiobook I started.

This is a very common problem, just give a moment and it'll be fine. Search on the web version seems to be working just fine again now.
