Carmilla! it's a really short read, it's classic vampires like before dracula, and has lesbian romance if that's your thing

also the nightworld series by LJ Smith. not all of the books in that series are vampires but some of them are. every single one of them has a romance between a supernatural person (primarily vampires) and someone else.

Vampyria by Victor Dixen. French YA Fantasy serie with vampires and romance.
