Readers of R.A. Salvatore discussion

So, I've been wanting to reread the early Drizzt books (#1-6) since it's been a long time, and Drizzt is awesome! :) Anyone want to join me? Also, I'm debating whether I'll start with The Crystal Shard or Homeland. Writing order versus reading order. Thoughts?

I'm game! :) I'm good with starting with starting with either, but kinda leaning toward the Icewind Dale trilogy (The Crystal Shard).
