music with books discussion

I really love metal music and even though I'm already in another online community for metalheads, I was curious to see if there were any GR users that actually like metal. No hate to anybody or their music taste, but it does get a bit tiring seeing literally everybody list the same three pop artists as their favorite musicians (Taylor Swift, Conan Gray, Lana del Rey, Arctic Monkeys, etc.)

i listen to a lot of music genres but in general metal/punk/rock are my favourites so yeah :P

i like to listen to metal rock too, but i usually listen to their greatest hits. I like Guns n Roses, Twisted Sister, Def Leppard, Metallica, AC/DC, Van Halen, and Highly Suspect (not sure they are metal rock). If you can recommend more tunes/underrated classics, let me know!

i agree, ppl only listening taylor swift and lana is so annoying to me😂 i love deftones & bring me the horizon (i have a tattoo for them!) i don't listen to a whole lot of metal anymore, im more into the midwest emo/early 2000s (like brand new, taking back sunday)

muse, uriah heep, metallica, the cure and early arctic monkeys are some of my rock favourites but there are many more
