I’m really struggling to finish it…it’s over 300 pages and it really could have been about 150-200 pages MAX! I like the storyline but she really dragged it out longer than it needed to be

I lose interest in books like that fast, so thank you for that helpful piece of info 💕 YOU’RE AMAZING 🤩

I’m currently reading Desperate Decisions by Marilyn M Anderson. So far it is pretty good. I just have been realizing that she often repeat herself through out the story to ensure the reader understands what’s going on or remembers something that happened earlier in the book. I think she does it a little to much but other than that it’s a good book.

The bluest eye by Toni Morrison

I'm currently reading Finding Me by Viola Davis....it's a good read, very insightful

I actually finished this a few days ago, but was really good. It's part historical, part memoir, and part imaginative filling in the gaps. The art style is an acquired taste, but really good!

I am currently reading The Davenports. It is sssooo entertaining.

I’m currently reading two books a As The Wicked Watch by Tamron Hall & Verity by Colleen Hoover. Both are so far so good, although ATWW has the majority of my attention.

I am currently reading Black Girls Must Have It All by Jayne Allen. I don’t remember being too crazy about the second book, but alas I’m reading to see the series through.

I am currently listening to The 1619 Project in the Libby App.
