Just finished Perish by Latoya Watkins-that was a heartbreaking read. Up next is Wade in the Water by Nyani Nkrumah & try to finish How the Word is Passed by Clint Smith.

I really enjoyed it. It was my initial cozy mystery book and can't wait to read the sequel. I was looking for something to take a fun break from what I normally read and it did not disappoint me at all.

I'm currently reading "Scenes From My Life" Michael K. Williams memoir. I can already tell this will be emotional.

i like the stories a lot. they are all so different. i will look up the authors and see if they have other works.

I just finished Nightcrawling by Leila Mottley. If anyone has read it, let me know. I'm trying to interpret the ending and would love to hear other thoughts.
