((Name: Prince Leo (Short for Prince Leonardo of the Seven Crowns)

Age: 21

History: Prince Leo, or as his father, the King, calls him: "Prince Leonard of the Seven Crowns, is the first and only heir to the Seven Crown's family. His father, King Crown, has taken hold of many powerful allies and has combined the lands like no other King. His mother, Queen Consort of the Seven Crowns works beside the King in gathering information and intel. Prince Leo grew up fairly knowledgable and grew to be a rather very smart Prince, but despite his "happy" personal, he's very furious at how his father, the King, has written out his entire life long plan. Becoming King, marry a wealthy women, have an heir, and repeat again. He is upset at his life's written plan and starts to finds friends, and soon to be close friends within his castle.

Personality: He is charming, smart, and very encouraging. He seems a bit laid back but is very forgoing and likes to think before his actions, unlike his father.

Appearance:

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Name: Gwendoline Demetrey (Friends call her Gwen)
Age: 19
History: Gwen grew up in a poor family in the village of the Crowns Kingdom. She has a younger sister, Evelyn, who she adores and would do anything for. When she was selected to work in the castle she was ecstatic because that meant she could earn more money to send back to her family and not be a drain on their already depleted resources. 90% of her paycheck goes straight back home. She stays out of trouble and won't step a toe out of line in case she loses her job.
Personality: Quiet, kinda shy, soft-spoken, gentle, caring (possibly too much), can be a bit of a pushover because she doesn't want to hurt anyone

((sorry. twt. i forgot to reply back twt))

Prince Leo (Prince Leonardo of the Seven Crowns), was led by his King Crown's rant on politics and how he'd run the kingdom.
"For the last time Leonardo, pay attention to your elders!" King Crown's screeching voice shook the room as Prince Leo looked at his father. "Father, er...King Crown. I have been listening, but from the sounds of it, either the towns spokesmen need a new leader or we will have to get used to common people's politics." Prince Leo replied, a glint of joy shone in his eyes as his father turned red. "I shall not have a disgrace like you speak such nonsense." King Crown demanded, as he hit the prince once again. "I expect respect out of you Prince Leonardo, and nothing else." He replied as he continued to talk about the political statues. Prince Leo sighed, looking at the maids as their eyes met, he gave a small smile before following his father again.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Gwendoline tried very hard not to flinch every time the King slammed a fist on the table or hit his son. She was just here to deliver tea, then take it away when they were finished with it. But judging by the amount that had splashed over the rim of the teacups and onto the dark oak table during the King's outburst, she would be cleaning up the room when they were finished as well. When Prince Leo met her gaze she immediately flushed and redirected her gaze to her toes. Don't speak, don't look. Was what she'd been told a dozen times by the other royal employees.

Prince Leo had followed King Crown, his father that he barely called father, to the gardens as King Crown slowed to a stop. There, amongst the flowers stood The Queen, and Prince Leo's mother. King Crown slowly walked up to her as Prince Leo stayed where he was. The two looked at one another with much joy, taking hands and smiling as though they had just been dating for a few weeks. Prince Leo softened up a bit, but still didn't want to disturb the two so he quietly snuck around the bushes, looking at his parents from afar.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Gwen sopped up the spilled tea with a towel and scrubbed the table with a wet rag, tossing both into a cleaning bucket as she rearranged all the teacups back on their tray. She grabbed the handles of the bucket with one hand and balanced the tray with the other, leaving the room and expertly weaving through the halls among crowds of people.

He headed back into the castle, to look for the maid he'd seen earlier, wondering if he could meet her without being interrupted by his father again.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Gwen set the tray down in the bustling kitchen and hurried back out so she didn't disturb the already cranky cooks. It seemed as if that was their permanent state of being. Cranky. She slid the bucket back in a broom closet and shut it before smoothing down her plain dress and apron.

Leo headed inside of the castle, heading towards the maids chambers and other places the maids would be in as he asked the others for Gwen.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Gwen walked back towards the maid chambers, recalling when she was supposed to be out in the gardens to help set up for some event or another. She turned into the Eastern Wing where the servants quarters were and saw Aria, another maid, rushing towards her with bright excited eyes. "The Prince is looking for you!" She hissed with anticipation.

message 28: by [deleted user] (new)

Leo was about and around, when he found a few maids who knew where the new maid, Gwen, was. He stayed around the maids courter for a bit longer, as they worked, wondering why the Prince was in the maids courter.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Gwen gave her a confused and panicked look. "Why?" Aria didn't reply and grabbed her hand, practically dragging her down the hallway to the prince. "Here she is, Your Highness." Aria shoved her forward and Gwen quickly dipped into a low curtsy.

message 30: by [deleted user] (new)

"Ah, how delightful. You must be our new maid, is that correct?" He asked as Gwen bowed.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Gwen nodded, still in a curtsy. Don't speak. Don't look. She thought to herself.

message 32: by [deleted user] (new)

He smirked as she simply nodded. Not much for words are we? He thought, as he smiled back. "Well then, I must get to know you. Since you are new here. Would you care to join me for the grand tour?" He asked.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Gwen looked up at him in surprise, momentarily forgetting she wasn't supposed to until he said she could rise. "Pardon?" It wasn't the Princes duty or even- she would have guessed- desire to spend time with a lowly maid. And yet here he was.

message 34: by [deleted user] (new)

"Would you like to join me for the grand tour of the castle?" He asked, once again, seeing her surprised face.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments "O- Of course, your highness-" She stammered out, ducking her head again. She just had to do what he said and she would keep her job. Gwen reminded herself to take a few deep breaths.

message 36: by [deleted user] (new)

"Wonderful!" He exclaimed, smiling as she'd agreed. "So, shall we start with our tour?" He replied, looking as she ducked her head again.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Gwen nodded, growing annoyed that he still hadn't allowed her to rise. Her muscles were getting sore from staying in a bowed position. Still, she kept her features impassive and outward emotion pleasant.

message 38: by [deleted user] (new)

"Now come along. No need to keep bowing at me." He said, tilting her chin to face him as he smiled back.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Her face heated as he nudged her face towards him. "Yes, Your Highness." She managed, rising from her curtsy.

message 40: by [deleted user] (new)

He smiled, excited that he would have someone to tour the palace with. He took his hand with hers, as he headed out of the maids chambers, waving to the maids here and there until they were out of the maids chambers and into the center of the palace.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments She glanced at their hands and frowned. Wasn't that a tad inappropriate?

message 42: by [deleted user] (new)

"So, shall we begin the tour?" He asked, as he saw her look at their hands. He pulled back, slightly blushing a little as he apologized. "My apologies, I didn't mean to be holding it like that but er...well it wasn't bad...but er...well...sha...shall we...shall we begin the tour?" He replied, with a stutter.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Gwen looked up at the prince, momentarily surprised that he was so flustered. "Yes, Your Highness." She said.

message 44: by [deleted user] (new)

"Then let's begin!" He exclaimed, returning his speech back to normal. He led her through the corridors, naming each place and room and what it was used for.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments She trailed along, only partly paying attention to the tour. She already knew what most of the rooms were and their functions--she'd had to work in almost all of them already. The thing consuming her thoughts was the question of why. Why had the prince himself come searching for her and insisted on a tour? Why?

message 46: by [deleted user] (new)

As he headed onwards, he made it to the gardens, sighing as he smiled giddily. "This, is the gardens of course, and my all time favorite place to be in." Leo replied, coming up to a rose bush as he bent down to smell it, picking a rose as he looked towards Gwen with a smile, gently placing it in her hair.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments Gwen snapped to attention and she gently touched the rose. "Your Highness, I truly do appreciate the gesture--and the gift-- but why have you used your valuable time to give me a tour?"

message 48: by [deleted user] (new)

"Truth be told, I just want to get away from my father. But if you don't feel the need for the tour, I wouldn't mind sending you back to your work again." He said, with a small sad sigh.

cherry ~hiatus, check bio~ | 734 comments She bit her lower lip. "If that's what you would like me to do, Your Highness." Against her better senses, she was actually slightly enjoying it.

message 50: by [deleted user] (new)

His eyes lit up, like a child's would when the child got to play with his toys after being punished by the parents. "Then shall we continue the tour?" He exclaimed, in a happy manner.
