Anyone up for buddy reading Daughter of the Pirate king?

Shoot, sorry I didn't finish in time for the detour y'all. I had my physical copy somewhere and misplaced it so I had to talk myself into downloading the ebook and starting later than I'd hoped and then I've been sick and exhausted this past week, I finished it at 5am last night after being woken up with a low-grade fever (for me, not actually an issue since I tend to run low). I'll see if it works for anything for Panama.

Let me know if that's not enough... I put it the 2 BRs and there are 2 more spaces open. I feel like that should HOPEFULLY cover us.

I will for sure finish mine, but I don't think it works for anything else... so we should look at what our current books might ALSO work for, since we only need 5 for Detour.

Shia - you have Daughter of the Pirate King (Tricia Levenseller) for P in the spell out on the SS, but we can only use the FIRST word in the title, so that would be D. I checked the review thread and you have it for Detour.

I think we need to move that book to Route Info (MC first name starts with A - Alosa). Can you edit your post in the review thread?

no worries! i usually set it up like;

1) post one - up to 25%
2) post two - up to 50%
3) post three - up ot 75%
4) post four - the end

It can be the first letter in the first word in the title, the first letter in the first word in the series title, or the first letter in the author's first or last name (I think Alaina will also allow a middle initial to be used).

will j.p. Delaney work as the author?

Hmmm... maybe? I'd ask Alaina. I know she allows a middle initial sometimes, but I'm not sure when it's only the initials used for their name.

We have a bunch of options here, and I think we should assign them as follows:

The rest can be used in either the 2nd Spell Out or Route Info. Is everyone ok with that?

Books need to be posted tonight before 12:00 PST, right? But don’t worry, Ashley, I will have both of my books posted well before that because we leave in the morning pretty early for home, but we won’t be home until Friday evening. It’s a LONG drive! But please correct me if I am wrong on the time.

Books need to be posted before midnight (in your time zone) on FRIDAY (6/23/23).

Shia! I moved your BR book to Route Info/Title ending with a letter in PANAMA. Your BR link is there, you just need to review the book and then it can be posted. If you want me to do it, let me know.

Ok, I did some moving around and adding some banked books that Raquel reviewed and filled in another spell out. The only books that haven't been posted are:

Vicki	Burn You Twice by Mary Burton
Amanda	Stardust (Neil Gaiman)

If you don't think you'll get to those those week, just let me know, and we can find something else to fill the holes! Other than that, we are looking good!

Thank you, Ashley. I probably won’t get Namesake or Burned You Twice reviewed until Friday night. I also read a book that I posted on the spreadsheet but haven’t reviewed yet. I’m not sure if I will have time to review it tonight because we leave early in the morning so if I don’t get that reviewed tonight, I will get it reviewed Friday night also. It’s Children of Blood and Bone.
