If you are in the mood for a sprint and want to invite others to join in, here is a thread for that and for posting about how your sprints work out.

It's ~10pm here now, and I have about 4hrs til I ought to put the books down and go to sleep. So, I'm spending the rest of this evening doing reading sprints, changing books at the top of each hour. Anyone else reading tonight?

Cathy (cathepsut) | 567 comments It‘s 11 a.m. here, I just had breakfast and will be out with a friend until tonight, so I will only read in about 8 or 9 hours or so, if we don‘t end up getting dinner somewhere…

I'm in the mood for another few hours of reading sprints. Anyone interested in joining in? I'm gonna switch books on the hour every hour for a few rounds, till I land on a book I get drawn into enough to not want to switch. First up- The Red Box, by Rex Stout.

I have about 75 pages left of Medusa by Jessie Burton. I hope to finish this book tonight. I get stuck on the wisdom and the art.

Finished Eden Close, by Anita Shreve, one of my carryover books from last week's TBR, and a third of The Red Box. I'm going back to The Red Box for half an hour, and might switch to a different book on the hour. I am not sure if I will do just one or two more hours, but if I make coffee I may extend the evening a bit longer.

I read some more of Medusa. Now I read some of a buddy read of Masters of the Word: How Media Shaped History from the Alphabet to the Internet by William J. Bernstein. I read with the help of English tea.
