You've made it to the last hour-long sprint of our readathon for April 2023. Congratulations. Choose the book you wish to enjoy for your last hour of this event, drink some water, have a snack, and let's see if we can close out this reading event with one last hour of solid reading.

Once you have recovered after this hour of reading, be sure to return and answer a few more discussion questions and update your readathon log (if you have one on here). We'll be setting the dates for the other two readathon events of 2023 by the end of May so keep an eye out for that information, and for between-readathon challenges.

I am going back to my audiobook for this one, and by the time I finish tidying up everything I can go to bed. Yay! The cats are getting impatient for me to get to bed.

I hope you all had a good time as well - I'm leaving wishing I could do a whole lot more reading of the novel I'm currently in, it's THAT good!

Have a good one - and thanks to the organisers :D

Lolita | 54 comments I was able to read, on/off, for 8 hours, and finished 2 books - Those Who Leave and Those Who Stay by Elena Ferrante (a book which I started last week) and Medea by Euripides. I also finished 18% of my 3rd book, The Expedition of Humphry Clinker by Tobias Clinker. Overall, I had fun doing the readathon and looking forward to the next one. Thank you to all the moderators.

Cathy (cathepsut) | 567 comments I listened to my audiobook, finished Fables, Vol. 5: The Mean Seasons and started Fables, Vol. 6: Homelands.

It‘s 2pm here, so I might make a quick soup and I will go out for a long walk with a friend in a couple of hours…
