Stop Putting Yourself Down!
God wants us to stop putting ourselves down. When you put yourself down, who are you really putting down? When you say, "I'm fat. I'm dumb. I'm ugly. I'm no good. I have no talent," you're really pointing to the Creator who made you. When you say, "God, I'm worthless. I'm no good. I can't do anything," you're saying, "God, you blew it with me." That's why God says it's wrong to put yourself down.-Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths.-Ephesians 4:29

I understand what you're trying to say, but a true born again Christian must always remember that they aren't supposed to elevate themself. They must remain humble, in the fear of God, and meek. We are sinners, who must fight the flesh and carry the cross all the time.
Nowadays, it's popular for "everyone to be a winner", but that's not how Jesus told us to be.
