Goodreads Authors/Readers discussion

This is my first post by myself. Like I typed above me and my dad read and write book reviews. We are reading Percy Jackson's The Lightning Thief right now. And are almost finished. We will read all 5 books before we read something else. Is there something you think we should read?
Right now my favorite author is Keith Yagerman. He wrote Braxton Rogers and the Brave New Beyond . After we posted our review of his book, Mr. Yagerman sent a message to my dad and asked us if we wanted to read book 2. We did and it was awesome. But its not out yet so we can't post our review until it comes out for everyone else.
