I can't remember because I started reading romance probably before high school. But I had stopped reading for years (just busy with college and in a massive slump) but Scarlett St. Clair's Hades x Persephone series got me out of my slump and back into reading

First book that got me into romance was this Romance/Psychological thriller, . Which I read at a time I had no business reading this type of story.... then years and years later when I got back into reading again, it was this one , and I haven't looked back since😉

but the first actual romance book I read was either the love hypothesis, the kiss quotient or the Spanish love deception or the unhoneymooners I don't really remember, I read them all at around the same time but the kiss quotient was the one that made me start reading a lot
