Also Chronicle Books sells some. They also have some on Amazon.
Museums sometimes sell them.
Some souvenir shops too.

I have had one of Gaye’s own designed postcards and it is beautiful 😍

Awww! Thank you Diana! 💕

Good matter this one you brought up. I always send postcards purchased from newsstands near the place I live. So all of them are views from my city. The problem is that as time goes by, it can get repetitive. I'm always wondering if I haven't already sent the exact same postcard to someone that posts below me. Rift surely must be tired of getting Bilbao's postcards.
I always see people telling they make their own postcards, but to be honest, I have no idea how to create a proper postcard, like the ones you buy (made of thick paper stock and with the lines for the address on the right side) but using your own pictures.
The only time I tried making my own cards was once when the month's theme was if you used to read with any pet making companie (and I do use to read with my little dog Cherry. She uses to sit on my lap next to the window on the afternoons to enjoy the sun, and in winter she is all wrapped in blankets). So what I did was: I took a picture of Cherry in my armchair, with her paws standing on an open book (as if she was reading). Then I printed some pictures in a nearby store (glossy paper was the only option available at the machine). At home, I carefully cut some sheets of standard paper of the same size and pasted it behind each picture with some glue, trying to make it as thick as possible. And there I wrote the addresses and my text. I think I made four postcards.
Those didn't seem like a proper postcard though, also the pictures tended to bend (in the way that is common with glossy paper unless you put it in a picture frame). So I was not very happy with the final result, although the people that received them said they loved it. But let's agree that was all thanks to Cherry herself.
Gaye (from whom I have received an amazing postcard once) gave me an idea to look for websites that allow you to make your own postcards. Zazzle seems perfect for what I intend. Although I'm not sure if those she mentioned will deliver here in Spain.

Hi Luiz! According to their website, they do deliver to Spain. 😃

Oh Gaye, so kind of you for checking! Thank you so much.
I will certainly use it for my future postcards.

You are so very welcome! 😃

Ooh love that! I will have to be on the lookout for some now, never thought to look there!

Love the story, Cherry sounds like a cutie! :) Funny how when we make things ourselves we seem to not love how things turn out. I made my first homemade postcard and sent it to Brooklyn and she received it with praise, though I was weary of it. I guess there is something always more special about it being made by hand. (And a sweet furry friend adds value there as well)

I've always wanted to create my own from with multi media, but I can't seem to get the creative image from my head to my creation. Haha!
