Goodreads Librarians are volunteers. We have nothing to do with the GR author application process.
If your book is a dead tree or an ebook, (not a Kindle) if you haven't supplied Support with the ISBN 13 (starts with 978 or 979) you can see if that helps.

The second time I applied I even included the email address of my Publishing specialist for the publishing services I hired (FriesenPress) in case you guys wanted to ask her for verification.
For the links I provided the Amazon and Friesen links for my published book... I don't know what else to do. Please help.
