Librarians are volunteers and have no control over reader reviews. But I might mention that GR allows a person's review space to be their own - there are very few restrictions on what can be said in their own space.

But generally, users are allowed to review, rate and comment on books in anticipation.

this makes no pretence of being a review of a book that has been read. It is a post about an as yet unpublished book, that the "reviewer" says he's looking forward to reading. It is no doubt a paid-for review. Looking at the gushing reviews that this reviewer does, none of which contains anything that is not in the blurb, I assume they are all paid-for reviews. Please can you remove?
