Librarians have nothing to do with reviews. Users are free to rate any book that exists on Goodreads however they like, according to whatever private system they use. I notice you did not ask to have the 5-star review removed.You may contact support regarding official policy, but they will only remove reviews if they violate site terms, which a simple rating clearly does not.

I have 2 3 star reviews on a book that isn't released until June. Can these be removed as clearly the reviewers have not read the book.
