Click on Minnesota Resident. Click ASK US Send a message saying you have a Douglas County Library card, give them the number, and that you are I retested in getting a Hennepin County card.
Once you are given a Hennepin County Card number you can put that in the Libbey app along with your Douglas County one for a wonder selection of audio/ebooks.
Download Hoopla and/or Libbey apps.
Douglas County Library has different audio/ebooks for each app.
