The challenge is open-ended.
Let’s investigate a murder, shall we?
The Challenge
1. Sign up here and I will create a challenge thread for you.
2. You will read one book for every suspect, room and murder weapon, making it 21 tasks.
3. The tasks can be read in any order with the following exception: The first 3 tasks need to be one of each category. These will form your character, the room you’re in and the weapon you use for self defense. The last task you read of each category will make up your guess for murderer, crime scene and murder weapon.
4. Before posting your tasks, I will generate a random constellation of murderer, crime scene and murder weapon. For each right guess through your final tasks, you will receive a point. There will be one point given for every category that you finish and you will be awarded 1 point if your character consists of 2 or more of the murderer’s pieces.
5. If you are stuck, please let me know in your thread. You can then choose which task you want to substitute with a book that meets the general challenge rules. PLEASE NOTE that you can only use this out once throughout the challenge. If you want another break, you can use 7 points from your account to buy it. You can only use points from other challenges.
6. Please make a completion post in your thread using this template:

7. If you don't have a personal point account thread yet, request one here.
8. General challenge rules apply. The completion date of a book counts.
