I got an email from Book Riot this morning with a TBR calculator in it. Of course it fails to account for all the new books we constantly add to our lists but it says I should finish all of mine in 2017. Riiiiiight.

I was going to try the TBR calculator...but then realized I have absolutely NO idea how many books are on my TBR. Sigh. I'm probably close to the 2028 time frame, I think. :)

I wish I could get into audiobooks! I keep trying and have only managed to get through one successfully. I blame work. Yeah that's it.

I have quite a few for quite a few challenges myself! I went through my physical books last night and pulled out 6 I need for April challenges. My spreadsheet is overloaded!

I definitely will.
As for audiobooks, I wasn't a big fan of them either then when my kids became more talkative I needed to tune them out so audios became a big hit and plus with so of them I can speed it up and get through more books quicker and they don't sound like there dying or draining either. LOL.

Sonia's been trying to get me into audio books for a very long time. I haven't tried it yet. I feel like it won't work that well. I have the habit of liking background noise to do stuff, and i usually end up tuning out of what i'm listening to. >_<

I really like team challenges. But i'm a bit tired of having to work out what to read, instead of just reading whatever i want. I always think.. "nop. this is my last challenge for a while." And then Sonia comes and talks all excitedly about this new team challenge NBRC is going to have... *shakes head* i'm hopeless!

I get distracted too. Or I have to stop in the middle of a chapter and I can't stand that!

Eni my kids are like that. They like to listen to music while doing HW. Sometimes noise is ok expect those days that I'm really trying to focus on something or its one of those days that nothing doesn't work.

Stacie I don't see how anything distracts you. You are my idol. You seem to speed through books. :)

Part of it is I have no kids. The other part is I really don't do much other than read...

Nah no such luck. Those no kids days are gone. I have 5 kids and it doesn't matter what their ages are they always need something.

Working and going to school is something I'm used to (that's how I got my Masters) but I didn't read for like 5 years. I think I'm just making up for lot times.

Oh yeah. I remember working , going to classes and volunteering on the weekends and through all that coming home to my hubby and kids. That was exhausting and not being able to read fun books instead of textbooks was no fun :( but sometimes I do miss being busy because sometimes I think being home with the kids on seem busier than work & school hahahaha
