Sally smiled and responded with, “Yeah, I have wanted to read it for a while.”
"Sally" she said with a smile
“Sally,” she responded sheepishly, as this much human interaction already had her out of her comfort zone.

"I'm Jordan," the boy said, sticking out his hand to shake hers
she hesitates for a while but gives in to the handshake as she tugged the strands of hair behind her ears.
Jordan grinned, “so do you live around here ?”
Sally stayed quiet for a while and gave him a quick nod
Jordan scratched the back of his head, "well I've been wanting to talk to your sister." he asked looking embarrassed.
sally looks at him for a moment and says " oh, uhm....ok?" and goes towards the billing place since she does not know what else to say.
He follows her and leans against the counter, "well umm could you give her this note." he hands her a folded paper
she hesitated for a while but quickly snatched the note from him and ran out the store, after paying for her book
on the way back the curiosity got the best of her, she knew she shouldn't be peeking around her sisters stuff. Shaking her head, she opened it, "meet me at the usual spot." there was a smiley face drawn at the end but it felt eerie and she wanted to tear the page. not again, she thought
The whole walk home, she struggled against the temptation to read it. Eventually, she gave in to her curiosity as she thought ‘it won’t hurt anything for just one look’.

A light cough behind her interrupted her spiritual twerking. She whipped her head around and saw Jordan again. ‘Is he a stalker or something?’ His face was red as he said “you just um-here, you left your bookmark behind”
mortified was not a word enough to describe what she felt then. but she wouldn't show it. she forced herself to be nonchalant..
“oh thanks” she said, forcing a smile to her face.
"well, that's alright! but....please give that note to your sister as soon as you see her" jordan said, his face still red.

“yeah of course! um, thanks again by the way.” she didn’t glance back as she walked away. “will i see you around?” he called after her

just as she was processing, the door opened and light entered the dark room illuminating it. The doctor looked young, about her age. she squinted to get a good look. "Hello Ms Sally." the doctor said with a smile. He tilted his head, "My name is Jordan."
"j-j-jordan?" she said, still trying to process everything. "we meet again" he said with a smile on his face
( didn't she lost her memories? lol ) she glanced down at her tied hands and back up. "oh those are just some measures for your safety." he said casually. "and for safety of everyone around you." he added.

Her hands flew up to her head and released a breath she hadn’t know she was holding(ik you guys have seen that line before😏)when she felt her luscious locks were still intact
she breathed a sigh of relief that the hair was still there (rhyminggg) when she realized that she was missing a leg!
Sally cried out as she saw Jordan in the corner with three legs attached to him…”thank you for letting me borrow this” he calmly drawled, caressing the third leg😭😭
