Thank you for the fabulous review, Dusty. I'm sorry that you found the digital version difficult to read. Can I ask what sort of device you were using? It seems to be fine on Kindle: the Paperwhite, the iPad Kindle app and the desktop Kindle app. But I haven't tested it for myself on other devices.
