Hi team!

Hi Team, I'm so looking forward to starting this. I'm not sure if I have played with any of you before, if I have sorry that I don't remember and if I haven't I'm pleased to met ya.

I'm not super creative about team names but I'll put on my thinking cap and see what I can come up with.

I would really rather not be captain but I can help out whenever there is a need.

I've been scoping out my bookshelves and making lists of what books I can use for this game with the hopes of shrinking my TBR pile but that never actually happens ...lol

I'm really excited to get started! I would rather not be captain, as I'm already captain for one of the other team challenges I'm doing.

A little about me, I'm 32 and live in central Illinois. I'm a stay at home mom to an adorable 6 month old boy (although I may be a bit biased on the "adorable" part lol). I use these challenges to help me figure out what to read, as I have a very hard time making up my mind otherwise!

I'm typically awful at coming up with names. All that's popped into my head so far is Simon Seize Read (Seize is 16 in French and is pronounced like "says"). I'm a dork lol. I'll get on a random name generator a little later today to see what that comes up with!

Also, Kat, I love your profile pic! I'm a huge Supernatural fan, although I haven't been able to watch any of the current season yet.

yay hi everyone! feel free to friends me if you like. this is my first time in this challenge so I'm super excited to start! I hope to widdle down my huge tbr list!!

Alright I should probably introduce myself too.

I'm Erin. I'm 17 and I live in the suburbs north of Atlanta, GA. I'm going to be a freshman at college in the fall at Georgia Tech studying mechanical engineering (I'm a big math and physics nerd).

And based on what the rules post said about being captain I would be willing because it seems fairly low key

I'm 38 but will turn 39 in May, I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. I'm not married and have no children but I do have furry ones, 4 cats(Maddy,Nigel,Leo and Lewis) and 2 dogs(Boston terriers Riley and Lola).

I read mostly PNR and UF but I also like some mystery,horror and contemporary. I love doing challenges like this cause they force me to keep up on my reading and they also help clear up my TBR(but not all the time:)

I know I said wouldn't be team captain but if none of the other girls who haven't checked in yet don't want to do it , I will.

I Love Supernatural!!! I've been watching since it came on TV, I've been a little lax in my watching of the new season lately and it's not because it boring or anything I just have a huge TV Show roster and I keep finding myself falling behind in everything so that I can read more so I'm really choosing one addiction over the other...lol

Erin if you want you could check out the SS Archives and see how some of the other teams set things up in past rounds it might give you a few ideas how you would want to set things up for us :)

lol looks like I'm the oddball that doesn't watch supernatural. I don't watch much tv except for game of thrones on DVD. but I'm still trying to catch up in that. I'm a single mom that works full time so any free time I get I fill with books.

Ha I'm with you, Amy. I'm not a big fan of supernatural either. Tried watching the first couple of episodes about a year ago and wasn't impressed.

Hehe, awesome. It's about 2pm my time when dice have been rolled historically. That's when I finish work. ;)

I played this the very first round so I can't really remember when dice were rolled. I just always made sure that my book was read and reviewed on Thursdays before midnight so I didn't hold up any rolls.

So I'll just go with the flow and when the dice is rolled I'll be ready :)

I'm a list maker(obsessive...lol) so for the rest of the week I'll be scoping out my bookshelves to see what I have that fits for this challenge

200+ is a good start Nicole...lol I have 1500+ books on my kindle right now to pick from... you could say I'm a bit obsessed with reading :D

It can't hurt to let Jenne know that Erin is going to Captain all of us Trigger Happy Bunnies ...lol

I'm so amused by how talky we are. Nobody else's group has so many comments as us. It's great!

So does anyone have a particular hope for where we roll for the first week? Do people wish for high rolls to win, or particular numbers for books they want to read? *grins*

It would be nice to roll high the first roll to give us a good head start but I'm good with whatever, I just enjoy the reading and chatting with new people and if we win that's great too :)

Good Luck...I always say the same thing but it never happens for some reason these challenges always makes my TBR grow...humm wonder why that is... lol :D

Well, that's what happens to me anyway.

I have a few books set aside, but I should be good no matter what we roll. The higher, the better! :)

I'm hoping for a relatively low number here. Or hopefully it'll land on a number where the alternative choices work really in my favor

I don't think so I have a kindle,a Sony reader and a Tablet. The Sony works with Epubs and the kindle uses Mobi format(I convert my epubs to mobi with Calibre) and I use Moon Reader on my tablet so they should work for whatever you might have.

That's a very tempting offer, Kat! The hard part will be figuring out what I want to ask for lol.

And on a random note, I can't help but smile every time I see our team name. I just love it! :)
