Up to you. The spreadsheet is more for your team to know what has been posted for but if you can't access it or not comfortable with it. You can add a note when posting on the review thread that it needs to be added to the spreadsheet. I, or a teammate, can add it for you.

Additionally, what is the banked books section of the spreadsheet for?

Hello!!
So, MPG means Main Page Genre. You will see these on the books page in GR.
For The Fellowship of the Ring, the book has the following MPG's:
Fantasy, Classics, Fiction, Adventure, High Fantasy, Science Fiction Fantasy, Epic Fantasy, Audiobook, Young Adult & Novels.
The banked book section, on your team's spreadsheet, is for your team to add books that don't quite fit a character/task you currently have. If it works for a future character/task/round, you are more than welcome to add it to the banked books tab. Once you have that character/task available, you can post for it on the team's review thread.

You can both use your books. One book per task. So you could buddy read any and every book if you want.

like, our snow white is in gray and all the 'assigned' boxes are checked-- why??
Question: I read a book where the MC grew up in a foster home and talks about his time in foster care, but he is an adult in the book. Would this count for Aurora: MC lives with a foster family?

It looks like I answered your question in the team's chat thread as well, so I'll put the same thing here.
FYI - this will be what the colors mean for the same round.
Light Pink will be a new character.
Light Purple will be when you complete the first 4 out of 8 tasks.
Dark Pink will be the new character you have but need to complete the remaining 4 tasks.
Dark Purple will be a fully completed character.
Assigned boxes, are checked by me. It just means you have that character assigned to you right now. All 8 tasks are available, but you only need to complete 4 in order to get a new character.
Once you go through all the characters once, you will get repeat characters for that same round. You will then be completing the remaining 4 tasks for each character.
Let me know if it's still confusing or if you have other questions.

With this rule "Re-reads are allowed as long as it has they haven't been used for this challenge already."
If we have used the book for the challenge already, could we use the reread of the book for page points only, or is one set of points per book per challenge?

Okay, so for example:
You read A Lady for a Duke and posted it for the disney challenge on 8/6. You can't count it towards anything, or "read" it again, until it can technically work for another challenge. Like the upcoming disney villain challenge (starting september).
If you are participating in the quarterly challenges, solo or team, you could post the book there as well but again - it can only be counted once per challenge.
You could technically reread the same book for every monthly challenge if you want.

Gold cover or yellow?"
Looks orange-ish yellow, or yellow-orange, which can be considered gold.

What do you mean? What's the book?"
Honeymoon Crashers. It's only an audiobook so there isn't a page amount. Do I enter it a certain way? Or do audiobooks not count?
