As an author, I can see reviews...but is there a way to see ratings?

Everybody can see ratings. Where are you looking that you don't see them?

I see this, for example:

484 ratings86 reviews

I am able to read the reviews. But if people leave only star ratings, I cannot see what they are.

The number of each rating is displayed above the reviews. If you want to see the rating of a specific user, you will need to go to their shelves.

On the book page, look for a link that says "More reviews and ratings". That link leads to a page with a section named "Community ratings" where you can see individual user star ratings.

Both the link and rating section are placed quite far down the page, so it takes a bit of scrolling.
