Laura DeGrave (lauradegrave) | 57 comments You can chuckle away.
As I read the beginning, a picture of Gimli from Tolkien came to mind.
My extent of character mine workers, other than Snow White's friends.
It was well written.
The ending felt chopped short.
Here is the review:

Never a dull moment- action packed.
Riddled with dramatic characters.
Ale houses, femme on femme, poison, fisticuffs, hidden archaic secret, and more.
The author presented a full-bodied introduction into a multicultural world filled with dangers.
Greed led to betrayal, thus forced the Vasara family's removal from their home.
Brena's resourcefulness kept the family fed through back breaking labor.
Her husband Baal suffered a terrible injury to his arm due to challenging their chieftain.
Their daughter lost her heart and had yet to find her lot in life.
The ending halted abruptly.
Meant as a cliffhanger to direct readers toward the true telling of the tale.

Thank you for the opportunity to see your work.
Best wishes for your Success.
