2025 Reading Challenge discussion

This thread is to discuss Criss Cross, the twenty-seventh book in the Alex Cross series by James Patterson.

Everyone reads at their own pace during a Buddy Read. Because participants can be at different parts of the book at different times, it is extremely important to mark spoilers so that the book is not ruined for someone who is not as far along as others!!!

Hey just checking in! There are very few comments on July's Alex Cross book and none so far here. Do you still want to continue this series?

I plan to start reading this one this weekend. Not sure what the others are going to do. But if I'm the only who comments this time around, I don't see any sense in continuing to add the series to the list.

Started this one last night.

I actually read this one right at the end of the month, but I haven't had online access and my laptop appears to be dying slowly but surely!

I admit to rolling my eyes as soon as (view spoiler)[Kyle Craig was mentioned as the suspect identified. (hide spoiler)] However, I did keep reading and after 50 pages or so was interested enough to continue. Just enough characterization to keep me going!

I am prepared to finish out the series. I apologize for not having access.
