Hello team!
Your spreadsheet, Round 1 tab, has been updated with your first three characters: Pocahontas, Tinkerbelle, & Quasimodo! Please remember that the challenge begins on 8/1 and that you only need to finish 4 tasks (out of the 8) before getting a new character.
FYI - this will be what the colors mean for the same round.
Light Pink will be a new character.
Light Purple will be when you complete the first 4 out of 8 tasks.
Dark Pink will be the new character you have but need to complete the remaining 4 tasks.
Dark Purple will be a fully completed character.

Yes!!! If it works for some other task you can put it in the banked books tab and post it whenever that particular character opens up!

if the box is checked for 'assigned', does that mean one of you is reading a book for that task???
Assigned means the character is open currently but we need to complete only 4 of the 8 tasks in the first run. When all characters have been opened atleast once, they'd start recurring and when a character is assigned for the second time, we get to complete the remaining 4 tasks!

like, snow white is in gray and all the 'assigned' boxes are checked-- why??

FYI - this will be what the colors mean for the same round.
Light Pink will be a new character.
Light Purple will be when you complete the first 4 out of 8 tasks.
Dark Pink will be the new character you have but need to complete the remaining 4 tasks.
Dark Purple will be a fully completed character.
Assigned boxes, are checked by me. It just means you have that character assigned to you right now. All 8 tasks are available, but you only need to complete 4 in order to get a new character.
Once you go through all the characters once, you will get repeat characters for that same round. You will then be completing the remaining 4 tasks for each character.

OK- i understood all of that already, just needed clarification on the boxes! do WE check the 'completed' & 'reveiwed' boxes OR YOU do those as well??
