♪ Kim N (crossreactivity) | 9394 comments There is a request to add this book, which has already been imported by an Amazon bot: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

It was published in 1966. Amazon assigned it an ASIN and there is a cover available: https://www.amazon.com/effective-stud...

Can the cover be added? Should the book be marked as invalid or should it be left alone?

Elizabeth (Alaska) That book doesn't seem to have a "regular" physical edition, so I would think the cover could be added. Title capitalization should be corrected. The ASIN should be removed by staff.

♪ Kim N (crossreactivity) | 9394 comments I contacted GR Support and they said it was ok to use the cover image from Amazon. I also asked about the ASIN, as it only applies to this specific copy of the book and they said it can remain on the book record. Not sure I see the logic of that, but that's the answer I got.

Yeah, they don't understand that this was imported as a used book and is not a number identified with the edition. Obviously, we can't remove the ASIN, but if they don't understand the system, no use in our getting our foreheads bloody trying to explain it to them.
