Jo (elconjuntovacio) | 4 comments Hi! I'm posting this question (I hope this is the right forum) as I'm completely lost when dealing with this book page. At first, I thought there was just a problem with the page number, but when I read closely, I noticed this book page combines elements from two different editions of a work (that should actually be treated as two different works, I think).

Basically, "Us" is a 2021 graphic novel based upon a 2019 short fanzine that has the same name. The book page has a synopsis and publishing date that correspond to the graphic novel edition (as can be seen here: https://www.astiberri.com/products/us...), but its page number, format and cover are those from the 2019 fanzine.

I'm not sure what should I do here. Should I simply change the page number, format and cover to use the right ones from the graphic novel, and ignore the fanzine altogether? Should I create a new page/edition for the graphic novel, and modify the synopsis and date for the current page, to match those of the fanzine, or viceversa? (an additional problem is that the fanzine is not easy to find, so I don't know whether that info would be accurate; besides, most people reviewing that book seem to have read the graphic novel, not the fanzine).

Any help from the community would be welcome, thanks a lot!

As the 2021 edition is already listed with it's ISBN, the 2019 edition shouldn't be changed into a duplicate of the 2021 edition.

The description is not a real issue, the 2021 description is set as default and therefore showing on the 2019 edition. The 2019 edition can just get it's own description.

The thing I don't know, does the 2019 edition count as a valid publication according to Goodreads? If it is valid, the next question is whether or not a 22 page edition should be combined with a 144 page edition.
