What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Okay i read a series like 10 years ago back when i was in high school (definitely should not have been reading it as it turned into wild erotica along the way lol).

I think the main characters name was Anna (maybe??). She gets turned into a vampire after being attacked by a random vampire who thinks he killed her. She figures out she's been turned on her own and tries to figure out how to live with her new circumstances.
She then somehow becomes a night security guard for a guy named Winkler, who is secretly a werewolf.
i think she ends up with Fae men at some point too (reverse harem situation)....i don't know. I realize this synopsis sounds completely crazy haha, but i swear i read this. It's a crazy number of books in the series too.

If you can help me figure out this book/series i would greatly appreciate it!!

The Blood Destiny series by Connie Suttle? The first book is Blood Wager.

Becca's suggestion of Blood Wager by Connie Suttle looks very promising. A number of Goodreads reviewers mention Winkler (e.g., "...ends up working as a bodyguard for William Winkler...").
