I will find the source, then try to find the solution with the available information. if all else fails i will ask politely for the argument to move to dm's or pm's.

Talk to each person about how they feel, maybe letting them get mad at me to express their emotions. Then address the situation and try to negotiate and solve the problem.

I would try to stop it but if that does not work the people in the fight gets banned for 16 hours
