Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I just checked my Author Dashboard and one of my books "Saving Wentworth Hall" has no reviews so I searched the books and found out there are three books of the same title listed. They are the same book. How do I combine the three? I can't figure out how to do it. Thanks.
