Play Book Tag discussion

The Electra McDonnell story continues in The Key to Deceit, which is the second of the series. I am enjoying this story of a thief turned patriot and undercover agent in World War II, London.

The setting, and the characters are strong attractions for me.

This particular novel starts with finding a dead woman with a locked bracelet in the Thames.

I do have the first book on my list. I'm guessing that you are the reason that I have it there. ;)

It isn't of course, literary fiction but I am enjoying these.

I read the first book of this series towards the end of last year and also found the storyline and characters quite strong. I’m glad you found this series and are enjoying them! I’ll continue at some point, but my current focus is closing out my list of books set in summer.

Currently there are only 3 books the 4th will be released next year.

Sometimes it is nice to get in on the beginning of a series.
