I filled in a few possibilities that I have on my TBR list for this month for another challenge that would work for a few prompts. There is one that I have on hold for the library so I may need to switch that one out for a different book.

Kat - Would it be possible to edit the spreadsheet so that there is only one line per prompt even for the prompts needing 2 or 3 books? I personally would find it easier to see what prompts are filled easier and how books could be adjusted to different prompts.

I am participating in another readathon this week so am looking for books to complete prompts for both to read Friday-Sunday! :)

These prompts are pretty specific and I feel as if many of them require knowledge beyond a synopsis... Perhaps we could brainstorm some books that fit some of these prompts? I will return this evening and try to list some books I've read that I feel would fulfill certain prompts. That might help others...

I'm terrible at team names so glad to see some suggestions.

I've worked out what I plan to read this week based on another readathon I'm in, challenge reads and library loans. I tried to assign them to prompts but can't work out a lot of them. I'm hoping that a prompt will reveal itself as I read them.

It looks like we are missing 2 members yet. Have they been contacted?

Some of these prompts are hard for me. I am traveling this weekend, so I just downloaded a book on audio for the road tomorrow. I won't be checking in until I get home on Sunday.

I believe this is going to require some coordination. We CANNOT repeat prompts, so we must make certain any book we read can fulfill the prompt as planned...

I'm about to start reading A Royal Match to help fulfill the "Read 3 books about characters who are viewed as ‘loners’ or ‘outsiders'" category.

I finished The Duke Heist which could fit several prompts which I indicated on the Completed tab. I'll wait to fill it in on the prompts so we can slate it as needed.

I've had a busy day at work but have started my first read. As I'm reading I can see that it works for a few prompts.

First I want to apologize for my lack of communication and being MIA starting. I have been in a month long reading slump due to some unforeseen circumstances going on but I am back and ready to get started with all of you!

We seem to be the only team that hasn't made a decision on a team name. Any final thoughts?

I finished my first book and have put it against family relation in the title.

When you fill in the Completed tab there is a column further over to record how many pages were read.

Hiiii, I have question, can we fulfill these prompts only once in the entire team or can we do them as individuals????

I also finished my first book and started my second one! I added that one to the 3 reads about a group or something along these line’s.

Any team name is fine with me. IMO, we need one. Someone liked Book Buddies earlier. That works!

I am finishing my first book and will likely have a second one well under way by the end of today. Also selected another book that should work for multiple prompts.

These prompts were a bit off-putting to me initially, but as I read, I note a book came be used for more than one prompt, so that’s good.

I finished my second book today on my drive home. The Man Who Died Twice

Each prompt can only be used once by the whole team. We can always move things around later if needed.

Finished book 3 Dash & Lily's Book of Dares which I marked under Dual POV's.

My laptop crashed. I added a few books to the planned and completed spreadsheets. I have more to add, but will attempt to do that tomorrow. I was confused about ASSIGNED on the completed spreadsheet.

That's a note I've been adding to make sure the different tabs are matching up. I find this groups spreadsheet a little more confusing so wanted to keep on top of it from the start.

I finished Whispering Shadows and Next Year in Havana today. I guess it's the silver lining in staying home sick today.

Finished The Edge of Lost. I have 1 book left at home from the library so I'll need to send my husband to pick up my holds.

On the tracking tab you need to fill in column N or O to show how many pages read or hours of audio listened for the books that are completed.

I just finished the fever code and am already starting on my last book I originally planned, but I do still have two books on my tbr that should go pretty well with some of the prompts!

We are half way through the week so its time for the midway check in. Please can everyone make sure the Tracking tab has all the pages read or hours listened so far this week. Thanks!

Finished Nemesis today which was the final prompt for elderly protagonists.

I have been much busier than planned helping a friend this week. I'll try to update the spreadsheet, etc, later today.

Hi guys, I had an unexpected emergency come up that has kept me from reading. I am hoping to finish my book sometime today.

I finished my 6th book but most of them weren't planned. Luckily they all meet at least one of the prompts. I'm hoping to finish at least 2 more books this weekend.

I should also be able to finish 2 or 3 books this weekend.

Lynn - Vincent and Theo: The Van Gogh Brothers (LYNN). I noticed this wasn't on the spreadsheet yet. If you are going to put this under the Siblings prompt, we can move Crocodile on the Sandbank there for the second book and that prompt is finished.

Does anyone have a second book to pair with Lynn's A Christmas Wedding to complete the prompts of 2 books with parental figures, holiday/traditions or grandparents. One option to fill this is to pair it with Dash & Lily's book of Dares which occurs around Christmas and move Lena's Lupis Noctis to Dual POV's and then both the holiday prompt and Dual POV prompts are filled.

I can finish the last book for historical families. Can everyone check in so we can see where we are at as a team?

Kat - This is like a big logic puzzle to me so ignore any of this if you have a plan. :)

Thanks for the ideas Mary. My plan was to wait and see what we had completed on Sunday and move things around then. We have a few team members that haven't checked in for a little bit so hopefully there will be more completed books on the spreadsheet soon.

I will definitely finish 1 book today and hope to have at least 1 more finished by Sunday.

Finished Three Masks and a Marquess: A Regency Romance Novel for Historical.

I will have a computer to use this afternoon and will complete the spreadsheets with pages and books read. So sorry to be such a rotten team member this time around. My laptop officially died… 😕

I finished another book and completed the double family ritual prompt. I have about 2-3 hours of reading time left today so will try to find something short that meets a prompt.

I'm on a borrowed computer that is slower than slow! I am hoping to get the spreadsheet to download and enter data. I may have to list things here and have someone else enter it.
