Exactly what it says on the tin -- a book set on a farm or ranch. What rural reads are you leaning towards?

Jeanne | 30 comments The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey. It's about a childless middle aged couple who move to Alaska where they want to set up a homestead, clear out the trees, and build the land for farming.

Sonia Mcintosh | 12 comments I think that I might lean into a comfort read here and do a rural or outback romance. I love Australian authors for this. I can recommend Rachael Treasure, Fiona McCallum, Alissa Callen, Fiona Palmer and Fleur McDonald if you like this type of books. Lots of farms and cattle stations (Australia equivalent of a ranch)
