Yes, Kate Daniels kinds of gets better with every book, though I do enjoy the entire series and will eventually re-read it.

And I can totally see them needing a break from the crazy Hidden Legacy books, though those are awesome!

I am hoping for a new Hugh book soon though...

And I still need to read Innkeeper #5 so something to look forward to soon at least! :-D

Aaand with Vian's black cover being read, we will have 5 black books covered, which is the maximum we can read for bonus points.

We can of course still read more but we won't get more than 25 colour bonus points. Which means that if you'd rather read something else than the black book you may have planned, feel free to do so! :-)

And we're also good on instruments in the text. We have our maximum of 10 books already completed or they're currently being read.

What we could aim for, just for the pleasure of it, is to find a greater variety of instruments but that is really just for our own fun and not because we have to use 10 different instruments :-)

I myself have had them on my TBR for ages lol! The black cover bonus definitely provided me with an incentive to finally pick them up. I enjoyed Caraval more than Legendary tbh since I liked Scarlett better!
