Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

It is in the header & in the rules for Goodreads Librarian group to the right of me posting a New Discussion Topic, but so many members don't seem to spot this.

Could you trial Contact Support or better still Contact Staff?

Also could this link be rewritten to include your Goodreads Author application & in most cases issues with running a Giveaway?

Yep, Goodreads Expert is an official job title. Totally understand your concerns in this context, I've changed the terminology in that announcement to 'Goodreads support'.

Woot! Maybe Support should be capitalised though. :)
