Sara | 13 comments Hi,
Does anyone have any Q suggestions besides Anna Quindlin? I browsed the library non-fiction Qs and nothing stood out.

Sara | 13 comments I just finished Fleming's Casino Royale -- 5 to go. It was good but not my favorite read of the year. I have not seen the movie but I have a feeling it might have been better than the book.

Am I the only one trying to complete 2009? Has everyone else finished? or stopped?

Anyone have good Z suggestion? I wanted to read Germinal but I think I will have to pick a different book if I want to complete this goal in a month. Any Zola recommendations? I am also considing Zweig's The Case of Sgt. Grischa.

The only Zola I've read was Germinal (or part of it, I can't remember) in a sociology class in college. I can recommend The Book Thief by Zusak if you haven't read that yet. It is fantastic.
