Reese's Book Club x Hello Sunshine discussion

Through these discussions I have been reminded of some wonderful books that do not seem to have attracted much attention. My hidden gems include The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend (Katarina Bivald), The Elegance of the Hedgehog (Muriel Barbery), anything by Fannie Flagg. What are some others that are often overlooked?

I agree! Awesome book.

Prodigal Summer by Barbara Kingsolver. I guess I thought prodigal had a different meaning, but it means extravagant or almost reckless. The third meaning in the dictionary is extraordinary….yes it was an extraordinary story, and an extraordinary summer!
