Emmanuelle Maupassant (emmanuelledemaupassant) A veritable hoot (and warning to any authors currently designing their cover)

How far does cover art inspire you to purchase an 'unknown' title?

Tender Kiss of a Russian Werewolf by Dragan Vujic

Gay Knights and Horny Heroes Tales from the Court of King Arthur by Michael Gouda

But... You're a Horse by David Bussell

Emmanuelle Maupassant (emmanuelledemaupassant) Remittance Girl has an interesting post on the use of symbolism in cover design.
