Idea two: I'd love to do something with a kook x pogue dynamic between two ocs in the obx universe. I'd like to write the pogue.

Muse A, a young girl, (teens/ya?) has been on the run for a long time and has no recollection of her family. Nobody wants her and it is dangerous for her to be around people lest she hurt someone or someone hurts her.

The problem? Muse A was born with a "curse" that cannot be taken away; with one single thought she can inflict massive amounts of pain on someone. If she does not use her power, she will either feel excruciating pain the longer she holds back from using it, or her power may "explode" outwards and send the people around her into massive pain. The other problem? Muse A is a girl with one of the kindest, gentlest hearts and woul rather suffer the pain or die than hurt another soul.

While Muse A is on the run, she meets Muse B - your character. Somehow Muse B sees something about Muse A, perhaps her kindness or genuineness, and befriends her. He wants to find a way to help Muse A control her power. On the way, however, the two fall in love. But will it succeed, seeing as Muse A may hurt the one she has fallen in love with?


You're Muse B, the male. I'm Muse A, the female.
I'm picturing this takes place in our own medieval themed world that we create as we go. You can feel free to give your character a type of power or something if you wish.

Muse A is a teenager who's been in and out of foster homes. He's had a troubled life and never any good experiences in the foster homes. Awful ones, in fact. One night, when it gets bad enough, he leaves everything and runs for it. Muse B is a cop on patrol the night he spots Muse A on the move. After chasing him down, he takes him back to the police department to hear his side of the story and offers to take him in as a foster type situation. Muse A trusts nobody after all he's gone through, but considering that the other option would be to go back into the foster system with possibly disastrous results, he agrees reluctantly.

I'm thinking both Muse A and B are male and Muse B will play the role of an older brother/mentor. No romance between them. You'll play Muse B, the cop. I'll be Muse A.

Earth is expanding its territory onto other planets. Some of these planets are inhabited by aliens and the aliens do not appreciate being invaded and taken over by humans. Earth is at war with aliens. Basically, a female human warrior (my character) of some sort crash lands onto an alien planet and nearly dies. The alien warriors of that planet search the crash site and pull my character from the wreckage, holding her prisoner. While she recovers, one of the aliens (your character) finds interest in this human and takes her as his own prisoner. When the only way to stop the war between Earth and this planet is to sign a marriage pact, my character and your character must marry, not only to save millions of lives, but maybe to save the world.

Captain Salome cursed under her breath as the ship rumbled and shook once more, careening left as she struggled to correct the path. Her co pilot, Merrick, shouted into his headset back to their Earthen base, warning them about the disaster that had just occurred. While swooping to avoid smashing into a satellite that had suddenly come whipping towards them and somehow not being detected on her system, Captain Salome had redirected the ship downwards. At the same time, a huge chunk of rock smashed into her starboard and knocked the ship spiraling out of control. The damage was severe and with the amount of blinking warning lights rapidly sparking across her dash, Salome knew the best course of action was to land asap. They'd all die if she tried nothing, and even with trying to save them all with a crash landing, Salome knew there was a big chance they wouldn't make it.

"Back end's aflame!!" Screamed Jackson from where he was strapped into one of the seats along the back wall. Without the seat belts he would have been flung about the small ship, especially considering the jarring movements Salome was spinning the ship into. Sure enough, the rancid burning scent reached Salome's nose and her hands gripped the steering handle so tightly her knuckles turned whiter than her hair.

"Almost to Uranus!" She shouted back, and the entire ship shuddered once more. The dash lights flashed violently and with a screeching sound they all promptly blinked out. It felt like someone had kicked her gut a hundred times. They were still hurtling through space and now the ship, being burnt as they went, was shutting down.

The nose angled down and with another massive groan, the battered ship plunged into the side of a observatory building of some sort. Following that, the back end of Salome's ship exploded, raining fire and twisted metal down upon the surrounding buildings. Jackson, Merrick, and the rest of the crew were instantly killed with the force and explosion. Salome's head snapped forward against the keys and miraculously, she wasn't killed but only knocked out.

Salome was half dislodged from her seat as the ship continued burning. Blood ran down from the huge gash across her forehead that also narrowly missed her eye, staining a portion of her white hair, and her left arm hung limp at a funny angle. Not only that but a nasty purple bruise bloomed across her stomach beneath her warrior clothing, complete with burns littering her arms and legs from the explosion. But she was not dead. Somehow, Salome was the only one out of her entire crew that hadn't become incinerated instantly but she was in terrible shape. It would only be a matter of time before she died in her ship or someone pulled her from the wreckage. (hide spoiler)]

Anyone interested in the Labyrinthe?

If anyone is interested I'm hoping to get a DnD/Pathfinder style RP going. Which entails a group of odd balls coming together and traveling/doing quests. It also means rolling a 20 sided die to see if your character succeeds or critically fails in anything from fighting, singing, flirting, or just seeing how well your character can handle their liquor. Lol!

There's no age restriction. Just know I'm well over 18 and am much more into writing paragraphs and having multiple characters of all genders/ages. I'm fine with swearing and sexual content but am also fine without. I will leave that more up to whoever I'm writing with as far as their preferences go.

hello! i had a doubles roleplay i was part for a while, unfortunately it was cut short due to my partner deleting their account. it's been about a year now, and i'd like to restart it, so please let me know if you are interested!

Once, the world was covered in darkness. Light didn’t exist. Life didn’t exist. Everyone claims that nothing existed at one point, but is that really true?
When light came into existence, bringing with it life of plants and creatures, everything that lived within the darkness vanished. Yes, there were beings that lived in the Darkness. Dark and terrible beasts that fed on the innocent and helpless. And yes, even in the time of no light, there were beings who resembled humans.

Now, in the modern world where humans live and thrive, only a few manage to feel a presence within the darkness. Something beckons Muse A to travel deeper into the darkness. Dreams plague their minds, bringing their unconscious mind to a world of unknown mysteries, to a world that simply doesn’t make sense. They sleep with the light on because in the dark is when they hear the whispers. The words are foreign, of a different language that simply doesn’t exist, sharp and dark and…ancient. They call to Muse A, as if to lure them out to some unknown place. The only time things seemed to quiet down was when they were with Muse B.

Organizations of light and dark have been around since the beginning of time. Some call them devout followers. Some call them cults. Some think it was just some religious groups that had surfaced up in the beginning, no longer existing and being nothing but myths and stories. They still very much exist though. Muse B is part of the group that works with the forces of light. He’s known of the ancient stories since he was a kid, and with those stories comes the well known prophecy that could very well end the world, light, life, and all of creation. Muse B believes Muse A could be the cause of the end of the world. They’ve known them since they were kids, and have been well aware of how Muse A reacts to the dark. They also believe that Muse A can be saved, and with them, the world. They’ve made it their mission to protect Muse A, even though they keep everything involving the fate of Muse A and the world a secret.

Muse C is the opposite of Muse B. Their family line were destined to rule in the darkness, having been the first family line since human creation to want the return of Darkness. The family line was destined to be with the line that was supposedly created by Darkness itself, the first creations of humanity. All C has to do is find this person created by Darkness. Muse C’s job is to obtain Muse A, to guide them into the darkness, to show them what they’re destined for, to reveal that Muse A is meant to rule the world of darkness alongside them. If only Muse B wasn’t in their way, constantly protecting and distracting. When C catches word of A’s existence and possible relations to Darkness, they also discover that Muse B, a protector of the Light, was there to protect her from people like him.

This is where Muse D comes in: Muse D knows her role. An assassin meant to bring about the end of those who aid the Light.She works for C, but in all honesty, she wants nothing to do with this secret society. They were forced to destroy anyone who represented the Light, including Muse B and their family. Muse B and D were friends for a long time, maybe even more, until Muse D was forced to move away to train to become someone she never expected herself to be. She were forced into this role of becoming an assassin, and now, she had to get rid of the one person protecting Muse A, and the one person that still brought out the human and emotional side of her.

DESTINY (A Medieval Fantasy RP)

Imagine an RP bursting with vibrant characters and breathtaking places, a world shaped not by one mind but by the collective creativity of everyone involved. So I have an idea for a bit of a darker plot, I gave the characters names and genders, just because it was easier than remembering Muse A and Muse B, but the genders do not have to stay the same and the names don't have to be what I gave them either.

But it's set in a more Renaissance era, I would also like to add in fantasy elements, but that's up for discussion as to how and all.

This plot has some physical violence between the two, as well as references to sexual violence, there are also themes of power imbalances along with some misogynistic behavior in the dynamic between the pair, but also just in general due to the time it was set in.

As for rp preferences, since I'm 18+, I'm not the most comfortable rp'ing with someone who is younger than that. I'm in nursing school, so I'm not always the most active, but I will try to be! I also would like to get at least a full paragraph for posts (3-5 sentences), but more is definitely welcome. But I also get if it's just not workable with the previous post. I'm not the most interested in this being super smutty, but I guess having an understanding that that takes place between the two?

Anyway, I'm going to give the plot, and then the perspective of what happened between the two of them. There are some variations of what I wrote for each perspective, so I apologize for that.

Plot Kinda
(view spoiler)[ The first time Luca entered Bianca’s apothecary, it was under the guise of desperation—a wounded man seeking shelter. She had seen his type before: men whose charm masked a core of violence, who took what they needed without asking. But she misjudged him in that moment, as his pallor and the blood pooling at his side softened her defenses.
“Sit there,” she ordered, pointing to a stool in the corner. She moved to retrieve her supplies, intent on patching him up and sending him on his way.
But the second she turned her back, his hand was on her arm, yanking her to him with a force that stole her breath. “No tricks,” he growled, his voice low and dangerous. “I’ve seen women like you, with their little vials of poison and sharp tongues. You try anything, and I’ll make sure you regret it.”
Bianca froze, her mind racing. She nodded, her voice calm despite the tremor in her hands. “Then let me do my work,” she said, masking the fear that clawed at her throat.
It wasn’t enough. Luca’s eyes narrowed, suspicion hardening his features. He shoved her against the workbench, his grip unrelenting. “You think I don’t know? You could kill me with a drop of something in your tea. So maybe I make sure you don’t have the chance.”
His actions were calculated, not frantic—born of a lifetime of distrust and a warped sense of survival. He forced her into submission, his hands rough and his words laced with menace. Bianca’s resistance was met with sharp warnings and a chilling reminder of his strength. It was over quickly, but the memory of it lingered far longer than the act itself.
When he finally released her, he looked down at her trembling form with something like regret flickering in his eyes, though he said nothing. He cleaned his wound with water she handed him in silence, then left, the door slamming behind him.
For days afterward, Bianca moved through her routines like a ghost, her mind replaying the moment again and again. She scrubbed the floor until her fingers bled, as though she could erase his presence from her space. Yet no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t scrub away the memory of his hands on her or the quiet shame that whispered she should have done more to stop him.
When Luca returned a week later, unannounced, her heart seized. He stood in the doorway, his posture less aggressive but no less imposing. He didn’t apologize—not with words, at least—but the look in his eyes was different. There was a weight there, a recognition of the line he had crossed, though he didn’t seem to know how to acknowledge it.
“I need your help again,” he said, his voice softer this time. “I’ll pay.”
Bianca’s hands tightened into fists, her nails biting into her palms. Her instinct was to scream, to throw him out, to poison the tea she begrudgingly poured for him. But she didn’t. Instead, she stared him down, her voice cutting through the tense air. “You think coin erases what you did?” (hide spoiler)]

Bianca's Perspective/Muse A
(view spoiler)[ In the dim, sterile light of her apothecary, Bianca often found herself lost in the rhythm of her work—the grinding of herbs, the careful pouring of tinctures. The familiar motions calmed her trembling hands, though they could not still the storm in her mind. Since that night, her sanctuary felt like a trap, the walls closing in, suffocating her with memories of a power taken, not shared.
Luca’s arrival had shattered her carefully constructed world. He had not been the first to view her as someone to be used, but his act cut deeper because he had stayed. Other men had been fleeting terrors, faceless shadows she could bury in the cold comfort of her poisons. Luca lingered, forcing her to confront a truth she didn’t want to acknowledge: survival sometimes meant enduring pain, but what lingered was the shame of what she had endured—and the anger that came with it.
The violence left its mark in ways she hadn’t anticipated. She avoided her reflection, fearing the hollowness she might see in her own eyes. She stiffened at the sound of heavy footsteps or the creak of her apothecary’s old wooden door, her pulse racing until she saw it wasn’t him—or worse, that it was. She found herself questioning her own worth, wondering if her strength was a façade if her ability to navigate a world dominated by men was merely a lie she had told herself to feel in control.
But Bianca was not a woman who allowed herself to remain a victim. In the wake of her pain, she became colder and sharper. She buried her vulnerability beneath layers of defiance, her words cutting like the edge of a blade. She threw herself into her craft, creating remedies and poisons with an intensity that bordered on obsession. Each potion became an extension of her will—a way to reclaim the power that had been stripped from her.
Yet, as much as she tried to shut out Luca, he was a storm that would not be ignored. He returned, sometimes with an apology in his eyes but never on his lips. His presence was a reminder of what had been taken, but also of the complexity of her own feelings. For as much as she hated him, she also saw the weight he carried—the pain that mirrored her own, the brokenness that had driven him to act as he had.
The nights were the hardest. Alone with her thoughts, she replayed the moment over and over, each time trying to understand where the fault lay. She despised the voice in her head that whispered she could have fought harder or run faster, that told her she had somehow failed. She despised even more the part of her that longed for connection despite the harm he had caused.
Slowly, those feelings began to shift—not into forgiveness, but into understanding. She didn’t owe Luca redemption, but she began to see him not as a monster but as a man, shaped by a world as cruel to him as it had been to her. In recognizing his pain, she began to confront her own, peeling back the layers of anger and fear to find the strength beneath.
Her healing was not linear. There were days she hated him with a ferocity that burned in her chest and days when she saw glimpses of the man he was trying to become—the man who asked permission, who listened, who tried in clumsy ways to atone. She learned to voice her boundaries, to claim the power she had once been denied, and in doing so, she forced Luca to confront the weight of his actions.
Their relationship became a crucible, a test of whether two broken people could forge something stronger in the fire. For Bianca, it was never about forgiveness—it was about survival, about reclaiming herself piece by piece. As she stood before her shelves of remedies and poisons, she realized that her strength had never been a lie. It had always been there, waiting to be claimed. (hide spoiler)]

Luca's Perspective
(view spoiler)[The night Luca entered Bianca’s apothecary, he was already a man on the edge. The wound on his side burned, a crimson stain spreading across his shirt, but it was nothing compared to the fire of desperation consuming him. The city’s enforcers were closing in—he could feel it in the way every shadow seemed to stretch toward him, every footfall behind him felt like a blade at his back. He had nowhere else to go.
He had watched the apothecary for days, long enough to know its owner worked late into the night. Long enough to know she was alone.
His instincts sharpened like a dagger when he slipped through the back door. He was used to reading people—assessing their weaknesses before they even spoke. But Bianca was an enigma. She didn’t scream or cower when she saw him, even as his bloodied form filled the doorway. Instead, her dark eyes narrowed, her hand drifting toward something on the workbench.
It was that movement that set his nerves alight. He had been betrayed before—by partners, by lovers, by people who had once sworn loyalty. He couldn’t afford to trust anyone, least of all a woman whose trade involved potions and poisons. In his world, trust was a liability that ended with a knife in your back.
Luca’s mind raced as he watched her move. She was calm—too calm for his liking. His own survival instincts began to twist his perception, turning her silence into something menacing. Was she reaching for a weapon? Did she plan to call for help the moment his back was turned? He couldn’t take that risk.
“I need your help,” he said, his voice harsh and ragged.
