I've added the extra tags. In future it would be appreciated if you could link to the quotes concerned. :)

I've done a couple of other quick edits - a kindle is a kindle on Goodreads not an ebook. Among other reasons, if the format is wrong you won't be able to do a Giveaway here.

& I have removed the proofreader & editor names. Proofreaders are never credited on Goodreads, editors only in certain cases - like anthologies.

Sorry, that isn't within a librarians' capabilities. I would wait a couple of days (it is probably a caching issue) & if it doesn't sort itself out then you could contact Support.
