I didn't know that quotes can't be deleted by myself, could you please delete the 3 quotes without likes which are previous versions of the last 2? From now on I will pay more attention

Done & other two quotes edited to removed bracketed name. We don't show quotes that way here & they are removed when librarians come across them. In future please ask a librarian to edit your quote rather than creating a new version.

Hopefully there is going to be quotes information in the Librarians Manual sometime soon. You might like to look at what librarians have suggested. :)

Thanks for the quick editing, I think you and other librarians do an excellent and for me this is the best site on the internet. But I'm sad about the deletion of those names at the end of the quotes. This is a polyphonic book, written by autistic people who try to shine from the darkness where they have been marginalized, which is why I added the bracketed names. It was important to point out who had written those beautiful sentences: not well-known writers but two almost unknown autistic girls, who have a talent that one cannot imagine. Now without these names something seems wrong to me. I understand that it's not your fault because so are the rules, but if one can't add the particular names of who wrote them, then those quotes no longer have the same meaning as before. So they too should be cancelled. At least that's what I feel.

Sorry you feel that way. A site where the book records are largely maintained by volunteers does have to have certain rules - exceptions make things very hard for us!

I will leave the quotes up another 24 hours, just in case you change your mind. :)

If you want to put your quotes up in a particular way, a site like Tumblr may work better for you. I follow a couple of people there who do quotes, as I miss Goodreads Quote of the Day feature so much. You would have to check Tumblr's rules of course.

Before you go, can you tell me if the illustrator's name on Goodreads matches the name on your book. At a site I'm not allowed to use for information the name is quite different. &, is the illustrator the cover artist or are there interior pictures as well.

Yes the illustrator's name on my book is the same written here, Tiziana Naimo, she made the cover and the interior pictures as well, but these pictures are only the repetition of the little faces you can see in the cover, one at the beginning of each chapter, because each face represents the person who wrote one of them.
I won't change my mind about the quotes: as you said I will publish them with the names of those who wrote them elsewhere. Anyway, thanks for the explanations and your kindness. And also to give answers in a short time! Bye :)

Sorry David, I've just remembered I can't delete quotes added by regular members. I can do it for authors as long as the quote doesn't have any likes. The reason is that quotes are considered to belong to all Goodreads members, not just the person who added it.

But you can remove it from your list of quotes. Let me know if you don't know how to do that.

Quotes deleted please allow time for them to disappear completely. Please note if the quotes had any likes I wouldn't be able to delete them.

In future please don't add on to a thread that is attached to a particular book or author (you can tell that if there is a book or author picture at the top of the thread.)

Yes, you will need to make a separate request for a book cover. This is the correct folder https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group... It is a little quirk of Goodreads that quotes or awards folder requests should only have quotes or awards requests as very few librarians do either.
