Now you had me wondering how arnica works - and will try to remember that next time one of us gets a bruise. I looked it up. The word was in my vocabulary as a medicine of some type.

Hope it worked! Does it help resolve the bruise, or with the pain?

Evening all, woke up about 4.30 and not sure i properly got back to sleep. I think its supposed to help bring the bruising out Alicia, its a herb. It was something recommended ny my old vet many years ago when i shut my car door on my finger! Only recently started using it again, even though I regularly have bruises!

Husband has been complaining about bruises which take forever to resolve; we may get him a cream with arnica to try.
